Good morning, darlings! A berry good morning (sorry, couldn’t resist hehe)! I am loving these summer months with the long days and lighter LA traffic. It’s during these months I feel so good eating fresh fruit. I’ve been an avid proponent of clean eating ever since I became a mom. I changed how I eat for my kids and in the process saw it is no less important for us, adults, to feel good too. When it’s hot out, to start my day right, I pack my bowl with banana slices, every kind of berries, some almond butter, a few tablespoons of greek yogurt, a pinch of chia seeds, and sprinkle with granola. Healthy, fresh, and so so good!
