Nike Sneaker: Getting Back on Track

February 8, 2016

I fell off the fitness wagon six month ago. Something was always in the way, work, kids, chores, problems, holidays, more work, you name it. Encouraging myself to bet back on track was getting harder and harder as time flew by.

There is no denial that exercise is a cure for pretty much everything, and we are just so much stronger and happier when we exercise, and it is just so vital for our personal growth and quality of life, especially as we age.

Now, since my work and responsibilities are not going anywhere anytime soon, it was time for me to take my power back. So I bought myself these Nike sneakers (do you ever do that?), and put them on a visible spot in my bedroom, and every time I would walk in and see them, they were an annoying reminder that yet another day passed without exercising. Even more so, I felt guilty that I wasted my money on these sneakers for nothing. Worked like a charm hehe. Before I knew, I was back, and it felt so good.
